    Movement & Fitness

    Aquene specializes in intuitive and somatic movement for those of all levels and backgrounds, structuring classes with the individual’s internal landscape in mind. Soft and strong is her philosophy, and she operates from a balanced approach to fitness that incorporates both feminine and masculine elements.

    Exercises are selected from a variety of methods including somatic release, barre, dance, pilates, yoga, calisthenics, and functional weight training. Each class incorporates visualization and mindful queuing with a sense of levity to make the “fitness” experience a safe, restorative, uplifting, and empowering one.
